Design Notes
We have adapted the coding sequence to conform to the biobrick standard. In order to achieve this standard, multiple illegal restriction sites have been removed by silent mutations. Furthermore, the GC content of certain regions of the gene was lowered by silent mutations, in order to facilitate synthesis in gBlock parts.
